Kuala Ibai Lagoon Public Park is located near the Floating Mosque and Terengganu Equestrian Resort. It is a sizeable park that is facing the Ibai river and the South China Sea. Mature casuarina or rhu trees adorned this park and give shade to the visitors. The green grass at the park gives a good visual quality like any park in the world. Its location to me is superb as it is facing both river and open sea.

The park has a few wakaf for the visitors to sit and relax. Many people come here for picnicking. They bring their food from home and eat here with their friends or families. It is the environment that they want to feel. The breeze, the water, the vista and visual, and the trees are the pull factors for them to choose this park.
The road and the casuarina trees enable the visitors appreciate the environment in the park.
The park has a narrow road encircling it to enable small vehicles to pass through and a few car parks are also provided. Some areas are undulating and thus giving some variety to the topography. If you come in the morning, when the cool breeze blows softly to your face, you will feel how this park offers tranquillity and peace to your mind. I suggest being here in the morning is more beneficial than in the evening.

If you are interested to visit this park, just drive to Kuala Ibai junction, turn to the Floating Mosque, you will see this park. Happy travelling.
